Thank you for supporting the Grandview Heights Secondary Theater! Every purchase helps fund student performances, costumes, props, and more. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges for tickets and merchandise.

• All ticket sales are final.
  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for performance tickets unless the show is canceled by the school or the Drama Club.
   
• Can’t make it?
  If you purchased a ticket but can’t attend, we encourage you to pass your ticket to a friend or contact us before the event — we’ll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a refund.
   
• Canceled or Rescheduled Events
  If a show is canceled due to weather, school closures, or other reasons, we will issue full refunds or offer you the option to use your ticket for the new date.
   

• Returns & Exchanges
  Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

  • Worn or washed clothing
     
  • Custom or personalized items
     
  • Final sale/clearance items
     
• How to Return or Exchange
  Bring the item to the Drama Room 104 or contact us at richardsong043@gmail.com. You’ll need your receipt or order number.
   

If you experience a technical issue while purchasing online (e.g., duplicate charges or failed payments), please email us right away at richardsong043@gmail.com and we’ll work with the school office to resolve it.
